LA JOIA

La Joia has been a spectacular success among JUST FRANCE clients, whether they are hosting a party during the Cannes Film Festival or simply enjoying a carefree vacation on the French Riviera. With its quiet and secure location in Super Cannes, an exclusive residential area above the city, the villa enjoys a magnificent view of the Bay of Cannes and the Lerin Islands. With some 250M2 (about 2,700 sq. ft.) of living space and a 2,000m2 (about 22,000 sq. ft.) garden, La Joia can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests (ten are possible), and is ideal for entertaining outdoors, especially around the 12M X 7M (39.5 X 20') pool. The décor follows traditional Provençal motifs and features a pleasing blend of antiques and contemporary pieces, and the bathrooms are tiled in bright colors. The recently installed kitchen has stencilled cabinets in pale oak, and is fitted with the latest in modern appliances, including an American-style refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. Summer guests will enjoy the large barbecue and dining area near the pool, which has a small poolhouse with a summer kitchen.
