In the table of facts that accompanies each property description is a variety of information that you will find helpful in evaluating the property. This information includes details on housecleaning and staff included in the rental price; periods when the property is made available for rental; minimum stay periods; rental start dates, and whether there are any restrictions on children.Price guidelines. Properties are listed below under different price categories that show general price ranges for the per week rental price of each property.
- The lower price category pertains to the off-season between November and April, when rates can be up to 35% less than mid-summer rates.
- The higher price category reflects the range of per-week prices in the July-August HIGH SEASON.
- Rates for shoulder periods such as June and September generally are slightly less than high-season rates, while May and October are generally slightly above low-season prices.
Extra costs, if any. The table of facts that accompanies each property also notes whether there are any extra charges in addition to the rental price. You will note that most JUST FRANCE owners include all charges in their rental rates except for telephone calls, which are always an additional cost, and heat for off-season rentals. Where a swimming pool can be heated, this is generally an extra cost.
Reductions for longer stays. Generally, the longer the stay the lower per-week price of a property. Depending on a particular owner's pricing system, the reduction can range from slight to substantial.
Pets. Please bear in mind that unless otherwise stated pets are not accepted at JUST FRANCE properties.
